Our Policies.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We value our time with you! We understand that schedules change and emergencies happen. We require a reschedule or cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.

NO- SHOW POLICY:

If you do not show up to your appointment with NO notice 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged. With this little or no notice, there will not be enough time to potentially fill the scheduled time frame that was held for you.

L A T E P O L I C Y:

We understand things happen, if you are late to your appointment time we will do what we can with the time that is left. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and still will be responsible for paying the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental guardian’s signature prior to the scheduled appointment.

For all lash fill appointments, at least 30% of your extensions must be remaining. If you are missing all of your extensions, you will be charged for a full set.

100 % SATISFACTION:

If you are unsatisfied with your appointment, please contact us within one week of your scheduled appointment. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are pleased with your experience!
